A former phone-sex pro has gone public with 95 sleazy cell-phone text messages she claims the “Phone Booth” star wrote to her, according to new court papers.
This is Dessarae Bradford’s second harassment suit against Farrell this year and it comes just days after he sued Playboy Playmate Nicole Narain for allegedly trying to sell a “private” sex video of the pair.
Farrell, who’ll star in next year’s big-screen “Miami Vice,” allegedly tapped out abbreviated saucy gems like “r u gonna call me big daddy while im doin’ ya?” and “oh ull b walking lik john wayne 4 a week.”
And then there was: “hope yr buying some sexy underwear.”
Bradford, who is peddling a tell-all titled “Colin Farrell: Dark Twisted Puppy” on her Web site, says in her suit that she suffered “mental anguish … panic attacks, aggravation and insomnia” because of his “sexually explicit and menacing” messages in 2004 and early this year. Her first suit, filed in January, was tossed out of Santa Monica, Cal., small claims court. She refiled in Los Angeles Superior Court July 19.
Last spring she failed a lie-detector test concerning her allegations against Farrell on PAX TV’s “Lie Detector” show, but she cussed out the show’s host Rolanda Watts and claimed the polygraph was rigged.
